What we collect, and why

When you buy

• Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Stripe gives us your name, email address, and (for Plug & Play) your shipping address, and whether the payment went through.
• We use your email only to send your software, license key and download links, to answer you, and to send a receipt or order update. We use your address only to ship your order. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email.
• To deliver automatically, our order system stores your order, license key and email address, and sends your email through an email delivery service. Our hosting and file storage are provided by Cloudflare.

On this website

• No analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. If that changes we will update this page first.
• Our host (Cloudflare) sees normal web-server information such as your IP address when you load a page, as any web host does.
• If you join the "notify me" list, we store your email address, the product you picked, the date and your country (from your connection), and send you one confirmation email and one email when FreeDrop is available. Reply "unsubscribe" at any time and we delete your address.
• If you use the "email my links again" form, your email address is sent to our order system, only to look up your order.

In the FreeDrop software

Camera pictures are processed on your own computer. FreeDrop keeps its log, settings and recent shot records, which can include small pictures of the launch monitor's screen, on your computer. We receive none of it unless you choose to send us a support file, which we use only to help you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Deleting an order also cancels its license key and download links in our records. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 3 years, for tax and customer support, and then delete them.
